Italian Police arrest 20 in anti-Mafia sweep
A joint anti-Mafia police operation in Italy, the UK and Spain on Tuesday morning led to 20 arrests and the seizure of properties and assets, mostly in tourist areas of southern Italy, worth an estimated €450m.
