    The U.S. The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has chargedSAP, a multinational software company, with violating  the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act by bribing government officials at least in seven countries including  South Africa, Malawi, Kenya, Tanzania, Ghana, Indonesia, and Azerbaijan.
