Steve Haffenden
Aleph Lead
Based in Austria, Steve Haffenden joined OCCRP in 2021 as the engineering manager responsible for the Aleph data platform. He oversees the ongoing development of Aleph as well as other open source software created by OCCRP.
Previously he worked at Atlassian, helping to develop and run Jira and Confluence, and before that, worked in digital advertising for organizations like Nokia and Nike. Steve holds a master’s degree in media technology.
