One of the two biggest Ukrainian clubs, Dynamo is a limited liability company. Club President Ihor Surkis owns 81.1 percent of the club and the next biggest shareholder is former Kyiv Mayor Valentyn Zgursky. The club’s official registration states that advertising is its main activity.
