The Organized Crime and Corruption Reporting Project (OCCRP) is an investigative reporting platform formed by 40 non-profit investigative centers, scores of journalists and several major regional news organizations around the globe. Our network is spread across Europe, Africa, Asia and Latin America. We teamed up in 2006 to do transnational investigative reporting and promote technology-based approaches to exposing organized crime and corruption worldwide.
We are looking for motivated young individuals with a desire to learn the process behind investigative journalism. The candidate will be expected to work with the research team at OCCRP, a group of six professionals who support almost all major investigations produced by our organization and our member centers.
We are looking for an experienced information security specialist, but are open for applications from more junior candidates provided they are willing to learn fast and improve their skillset.
