The Organized Crime and Corruption Reporting Project (OCCRP) is an investigative reporting platform formed by 40 non-profit investigative centers, scores of journalists and several major regional news organizations around the globe. Our network is spread across Europe, Africa, Asia and Latin America. We teamed up in 2006 to do transnational investigative reporting and promote technology-based approaches to exposing organized crime and corruption worldwide.
In-depth investigative journalism of the kind we do is among the most challenging genres to convey to the broader public. We are seeking someone who can help us shine in this area.
OCCRP is seeking a dynamic Project Director to lead its range of work on the Global Anti-Corruption Consortium (GACC), a first-of-its-kind partnership between our global network of investigative journalists and anti-corruption advocates to accelerate the impact of investigations and the global fight against corruption.
We want to reinvent investigative reporting — and we need you. OCCRP is looking for a talented, ambitious, and experienced Head of Web to move our primary website and related project sites to a new generation of digital and visual storytelling.
OCCRP is looking for a chief operating officer (COO) who reflects the same innovation and dynamism as the organization itself to help us reach our next level.
Senior Front-End Developer, Full-Time, Sarajevo or Tbilisi (remote possible)
This is an open call for interested technologists to get in touch about joining the OCCRP data team. While we’re not currently advertising for specific roles, we’d love to hear from you if the intersection of investigative reporting, technology and data excites you.
We are looking for talented young reporters with sharp news writing skills and an interest in investigative journalism to join us as interns. Internships range from three to six months at our office in Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina.
