Lauren Jackman

Lauren Jackman joined OCCRP in 2020 and is the Head of Communications. She leads the organization’s external communications, building a wider understanding of the unique ways OCCRP works to expose cross-border crime and corruption.

She has a background in journalism, media relations, and public relations. Previously, she ran her own media consulting business, advising a range of nonprofit clients. She has also been a television field and White House producer for major news outlets and worked with journalists from more than 30 countries on documentaries and news series. She holds a journalism degree from American University and a master’s degree in social entrepreneurship from George Mason University.
