Founded in 1930, this club merged with FC Vozdovac in 2005 and is one of only a few private football clubs in Serbia. Its biggest success was a fifth-place finish in the national championship in the 2002-2003 season.

Owner Jusuf Bulić was killed in 1998. His son Aca Bulić, a member of Arkan’s paramilitary unit, later became president of Union of First League Clubs. His mother Snežana, the official owner of the club and she also owns the Lavovi bet shops, one of the biggest chains of bet shops in Serbia.
