Football agent Balikov Nibombe received $29,640 from Metastar in 2012. The purpose of the payment was noted as “from Djako Arafat”.
Arafat is a Togolese football player playing for Wolaitta Dicha SC in the Ethiopian football league.
Arafat, who played for Inter Baku from 2012 to 2013 and now plays in Ethiopia’s premier league, said he had no contact with anybody from Metastar and he believes that the sum listed in documents represents his salary for two months that his agent received without his knowledge.
